I am doing all in my power to blow the whistle on the local police chief of my community for illegally dredging the bayou behind his house and my house and distroying the wetlands but in great fear of reprisal. I have already had one visit by the police and my neighbor who has also blown the whistle has had at least 3 visits by the police. Seems like his badge is giving him preferential treatment.
