Jackson Herald Takes Top Spot at Green Eyeshades

The Jackson Herald, a weekly published in Jefferson, Ga, took top honors Saturday at a banquet honoring winners of the 58th Annual Green Eyeshade Awards, a journalism contest that recognizes excellence in 11 Southern states.
