Sunshine State Awards
The 16th annual SPJ South Florida Pro Chapter’s Sunshine State Awards competition is open to all print, broadcast, and online journalists in the state of Florida. The competition recognizes quality journalism in the best tradition of our profession. Out-of-state journalists will judge all entries and may award first-, second-, and third-place honors in each category. Finalists were announced May 3, 2010. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony Saturday, June 5 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, Hollywood, Fla. Download the complete winners list here.
